Since 2004, our family of restaurants has proudly served the Edison community with authentic, made-from-scratch food — first as two separate neighborhood favorites, and now united under one roof. Kabab & Curry has always brought the true taste of South Asia to the table with fresh kababs, rich curries, and beloved specialties like Chicken Karahi, Goat Paya, and our signature Goat Biryani, while Rose's Pizza has been serving up handcrafted pizzas, cheesesteaks, wings, and sandwiches that keep neighbors coming back for more. Today, we've officially combined both restaurants under one name and one banner — but nothing about the food has changed. We still use the same trusted recipes, the same quality ingredients, and the same 100% zabiha halal and tandoori standards you've relied on for over 20 years. Whether you're craving a slice or a biryani, we invite you to experience two decades of tradition, now together in one place.

Kabab & Curry and Rose's Pizza each earned their place in the Edison community through great food and genuine hospitality. Today, those two stories are coming together to create something new. Our parent company, Sabr Express, is bringing together the flavors, traditions, and guest favorites from both restaurants. We are building a destination that offers even more ways to enjoy a meal with family and friends while staying true to the values that made both brands successful.
